We explore the subject of sculpture and get creative ourselves.
Black, white or blue?
Take your favourite colour with you into the urban space, listen to the colour tones and feel what it does to you: yellow often seems warm, sometimes poisonous, of course. And blue? It can be cold, but also refreshing in summer. Which of the colours do we recognise on houses, doors and fences? And what colours would your favourite city actually be? Let’s find out together.
In the centre of the city or where?
With our whole bodies and a rucksack full of surprising tasks, we explore squares, niches and stairs as if we had never seen Neu-Ulm before! Old meets new, grass green meets concrete grey and practical meets poetic. Can you hear the murmur of the city? Open your ears, wiggle your nose and let chance be your guide. Where do you think we’ll end up?

Democracy tour from 8 years, duration 3 hours
Democracy is alive. It ensures that we are all treated equally. But what do we have to do to keep it that way? We go to the places in Neu-Ulm where the concept of “democracy” becomes tangible: for example, the town hall, the local court and a school, because this is where democracy is practised. During the tour, we playfully experience why we can’t all be emperors and kings.
Booking modalities
The starting point is always the Edwin Scharff Museum on Petrusplatz.
All excursions can be booked for families, small groups, kindergartens and school classes.
Duration: at least 2 hours
